Item # - Mr. Rowley to provide documents for Board <br /> review. Review and comparison of the Town of Bourne- and <br /> Falmouth regulations . <br /> Item # - The Town Planner is to review. <br /> Item # - Review and comparison of the Rivers Act and <br /> Protective District Zoning Bylaw. <br /> Item #7 - Leave -s is for the moment . Development of <br /> a separate bylaw. <br /> Item #9 - Planning Board jurisdiction under the <br /> Special Permit and subdivision Regulations, to be reviewed <br /> by the Consulting Engineer, <br /> Item #11 - Review of the Wastewater Tools Report . <br /> The Chairman stated she would report to the Blue <br /> Ribbon Committee and inform then of the progress made by <br /> the Planning Board. Also, a report is due to the Board o <br /> Selectmen which is currently in draft form and will be <br /> finalized and submitted on a quarterly basis . <br /> The Planning Board has determined to review the status <br /> of the DCPC on March 1st. <br /> Other Items <br /> Mashpee Commons Update <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals would open the Hearing on the Mashpee <br /> Commons 4 B project process on Wednesday, January 11th. <br /> There are legal issues relating to the Planning Board <br /> in this matter. Theme is- a Planning Board approved <br /> subdivision road, Job' s Fishing Road, running through the <br /> middle of the project, which is still secured by a <br /> covenant . <br /> Planning Board jurisdiction/approval is required for <br /> the proposed 42, 000 square feet of commercial development . <br /> This mattex is confused due to the intended mixed use. <br /> Said 42, 000 square feet of commercial use is to be reviewed <br /> by the Cape Cod Commission, <br /> 7 <br />
