#7 Groundwater Protection District Zoning Bylaw <br /> Nitrogen en Issues . <br /> The Chairman reported on a conversation with David <br /> Rich, water District operations Manager, regarding any <br /> requests for a zoning bylaw. She clarified that the Water <br /> Commissioners were not present at this discussion/meeting. <br /> The Town Planner s cg sted leaving the current bylaw <br /> intact as it is based upon a DEP model for the protection <br /> of water supply wells, and devising a separate bylaw to <br /> address the specific issue of nitrogen within the bays; to <br /> which the Board agreed. <br /> New proposal for nit-rogen mitigation for cluster <br /> subdivisions, commercial center bylaw, etc. It was agreed <br /> that perhaps Items #8 and 10 - hould be reviewed together. <br /> The Town Planner clarified that #8 'refers to the <br /> concept of providing an- incenntive for providing wastewater <br /> and stormwater matters . #10 involves the- application of a <br /> regulation of a per acre standard for nitrogen loading. <br /> Planning Board Special Permit/Subdivision <br /> tormwater Regulations and Standards - Mr. Rowley <br /> volunteered to assist the Board in review and updating in <br /> this regard. He suggested certain construction procedures <br /> that could be implemented within the regulation that would <br /> improve the subdivision regulations and better conform to <br /> thO zoning bylaw. <br /> The Town Planner suggested it would be helpful to <br /> include standards and drawings to the regulations . <br /> The Chairman suggested Board Members bers review Item #11 <br /> for discussion at the next meeting. she made reference to <br /> the Tools Report, Cape Cod Commission website. <br /> The Chairman also made reference to the Town of <br /> Chatham Regulations and suggested Board Members review <br /> their website for information. <br /> Review of Discussion <br /> Preparation for the January 18th Meeting <br /> 6 <br />
