As such, undeveloped <br /> properties within previously approved subd-ivisions, <br /> including lots, streets, utilities, common areas and land <br /> improvements will lose all prior Town approvals, zoning and <br /> permits..." <br /> The Town Planner was uncertain a-s to whether r not <br /> these suggestions could be adopted; he suggested a deadline <br /> to complete an approved subdivision, an automatic <br /> expiration if the work has not begun by a certain date. He <br /> also suggested a pe fo ' ance guarantee to be held after the <br /> completion of construction to secure the road in the event <br /> repairs are necessary. He suggested these issues b <br /> discussed with the Consulting Engineer.
