The Town Planner stated there are people currently <br /> residing on Center Street and that there are no objections <br /> to the proposed street name. <br /> The Chairman recogni zed Attorney Kevin Kirrane who <br /> agreed with the Town Planner. <br /> There being no Board or Public comment the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: John Halachis made a. Motion to close the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter; which Motion wa-s duly <br /> seconded by Dennis Balarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman then entertained a motion for approval. <br /> MOTION : John Halachis made a Motion to approve the <br /> request of South-side Realty Trust, located at the Maim <br /> Street Village Subdivision, of the street names Center <br /> Street and Schooner Lane; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing - Continued <br /> Duch Pond Limited Partnership - Stuart Bornstein <br /> The Public Hearing in this matter was reconvened at <br /> 7 : o p.m. <br /> Mr. Bornstein made reference to page 18 of the Cape <br /> Cod Commis-lion Decision dated December 1, 0 : "The <br /> reprised narrative provided on October 4 , 2005 states that <br /> the rental agreements for the project will inform potential <br /> tenants that certain materials/wastes canot be stored in <br /> r generated at the facility. The project will be <br /> constructed without floor drains, and with a-tch basin <br /> sumps to contain leaks in the event of a spill. It further <br /> states that no equipment maintenance, repair or washing <br /> will be allowed on site. " <br /> "A copy of the lease for the facility when it was <br /> proposed to be just self storage was submitted as pant of <br /> the DRI review. This lease prohibits the storage of <br /> flammable, explosive, corrosive, or other inherently <br /> dangerou-s or hazardous material. It also gives the <br /> owner/operator the right to access the premises upon two <br /> days prior notice. " <br />
