Parking will be located down the center of the site, and dumpsters are to be located at the northeast corner. The Chairman recognized Mr. Bornstein who spore to the proposed starter company spaces, as well as flex storage space. As an example, the stores at Mas-hpee Commons 'have no storage area. The maim use will be self-storage used by professional offices to store their paperwork, documents, records and files . Each unit will be humidified, with an alarm system and adequate shelving space. A van will be available for pick-up and delivery. Adjustments to the buildings will be made by petitioning off sections to suit the need. The expected traffic is minimal . MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to continue the Duch Pond Limited Partnership Public Hearing to p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Huey and so voted unanimously. Central Square isn' t as problematic as some of the other streets in lashpee with similar names .
