ti Mr. Kubick made reference to the location in New Seabury (within the- Special Permit area) and explained the proposal fronting on Great Oak Road. He made reference to lots 1. 9'0, 1.591, and 1592 . Portions of this property have been taken for Town road layouts/easements . The Consulting Engineer explained the necessity for a new lot/road layout in order to comply with the Land Court regulations . A separate lot and new lot number must be created in order to obtain a Certificate of Title. There being no further Board or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Dennis Balarini -made a Motion to endorse said plan dated October 5, 2005, as Approval Not Required; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously. The Chairman, Beverly Kane, signed four copies of said plan and the Form N document as well . At this point the Cha-irman declared the Planning Board tape a five-minute recess .
