Unit # .32 - Ten-inch oak limbs were cut in order to <br /> construct the roof. <br /> Unit #428 - Four small oak trees to be removed in <br /> order to allow for grading g away from building. Three <br /> specimen trees are to be saved. ) <br /> Unit # 2 - Five trees wer6 removed in order to allow <br /> for- construction of deck space. <br /> Corner of PGA and Pebble Beach - A 24-inch pine tree <br /> has been removed for safety reasons. Mr. Bon le- stated <br /> that it would have fallen over during a major windstorm. <br /> This was considered by the developer to be an emergency <br /> situation. {The Consulting Engineer had inspected this <br /> area for drainage purposes. ) <br /> Said requests were approved by the Board in <br /> consideration of the Town Planner avi-ng inspected the site <br /> and those trees in question. <br /> It was also agreed that Board members would meet at <br /> the site in order to -make an inspecttion of the conditions . <br /> Dennis Balarini and Myrna Nuey volunteered. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve those <br /> actions requested by the developer outlined on document <br /> dated 02, 01/0 "Trees Taken Down For Safety Reasons and/or <br /> o Chance of Surviving" and based upon an inspection made <br /> by the TownPlanner; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis .Balarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Bay Point,, LL - Great Oak Road. <br /> Approval of -Lot <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Noel Fubic , Holmes & McGrath, Inc. , Land <br /> Surveyors, representing the Applicant . <br /> .
