t r <br /> The Town Pl-anner informed the Board that the Selectmen <br /> have changed their joint meeting date with the Planning <br /> Board from February 6th to February 27th at 6: 4 0 p.m. <br /> The Town- Planner reported the Planning Board bUdge.t <br /> has been approved for 6, 0 0 . 0 . <br /> Mr. Rowley arrived at the Meeting at this point 7 : 6 <br /> P.M. ). <br /> The Town Planner provided copies of the Wastewater <br /> Tools Report. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> illowbend Country Club, Inc.. <br /> Approval of Modification to the Special Permit <br /> Conversion of an Existing 2-Emit Guest Villa Building to a <br /> 4- ]nit Condominium located on Simons Road <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the- Chairman read <br /> the Public Dearing notice into the Record and called the <br /> Public daring to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Jack McIlhi nney, <br /> representing the Applicant, who introduced Matthew Eddy, <br /> Baxter and Nye, and David Wood, General Manager, Willowbend <br /> Country Club. <br /> Attorney McIlhinney made reference to four villa. <br /> buildings located on Simons Road, approved by the Planning <br /> Board in 1995 as four ( ) duplex units . The buildings <br /> consist of one unit upstairs and one unit downstairs, used <br /> for short-term staysi-n the summer by guests of club <br /> members, or members of a wedding party. <br /> Applicant is proposing that the Board consider <br /> approval of converting the northern most unit (Building #4 ) <br /> from two units into four units, which would be offered for <br /> sale as separate condominium units. This proposal is being <br /> made in order to diversify and to provide smaller <br /> residences . <br /> Said units are all connected to the -sewer treatment <br /> plant. As a result, three additional parking spaces would <br /> be required. One additional space is being proposed within <br /> the condominium itself, and two spaces to be located within <br /> the clubhouse parking lot, by easement . <br /> 2 <br />
