� w <br /> Lee Gurney asked if the other units are considered to <br /> be guest units and would they remain as such. <br /> Attorney cIl-hinney stated, "des, they are all gu'est <br /> units and will remain that way for the time being" . He <br /> explained that this proposal is considered to be a pilot <br /> program. If there is interest, Applicant will appear <br /> before the Board to seek permis-sign to create additional <br /> buildings, or to convert existing buildings. <br /> The Chairman asked for a description of the proposed <br /> un i t s . <br /> Matthew Eddy provided a proposed floor plan and made <br /> reference to it. There will be one 1-bedroom unit on the <br /> first floor, and one 2-bedroom unit on the second floor. <br /> Attorney McIlhinney them provided the Boa.rd with an <br /> update of the prof-ect . They are currently working with an <br /> overall unit limit within Willowbend of two hundred <br /> nineteen (219) units . There are currently one hundred and <br /> ninety seven 19 units; the proposed additional two units <br /> would make a total of one hundred ninety nine 199 units . <br /> The Town Planner stated the bylaw dictates a limit for <br /> two-bedroom units with a certain percentage for three- <br /> bedroom units. This project is a mix of multi-family and <br /> cluster zoning . <br /> The Town Plannet inquired if them were any detailed <br /> designs for the gravel parking area available for review of <br /> the drainage by the Consulting Engineer. <br /> Attorney McIlhinne.y agreed to provide further detail <br /> for the proposed five-space gravel parking area. <br /> Matthew Eddy clarified there would be no clearing of <br /> trees required for the construction of said five spaces. <br /> He did vindicate the tree/lawn area. He explained this area <br /> is existing gravel drive and that the lawn/sod area would <br /> be replaced with gravel. He feels there will be n <br /> drainage concerns . <br /> It was agreed that the Consulting Engineer should make <br /> an inspection of the area, although he commented that it <br /> 3 <br />
