The <br /> Conservation Agent was invited out to inspect the area in <br /> question and declared the land is subject to flooding, he <br /> was uncertain however if in fact it qualifies as a Vernal <br /> pool . The Conservation. Agent was reported to have said <br /> that if the area is not currently a vernal pool that it <br /> will soon -become one. He suggested the area be treated a <br /> a vernal po l, and suggested the developer 'revise the plan <br /> as if it were a vernal pool, if possible. <br /> 5 <br />
