There is a sale of a lot pending and the attorney <br /> has discovered there is no release for this particular lot. <br /> This lot is located in -Santuit Woods, Phase D, west of <br /> Cotuit Road. <br /> The Chairman entertained ar motion in this regard. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve release <br /> f the Covenant Agreement for Lot 412., shown n- a plan <br /> entitled, "Timberl ne Shores, Section D, also known as <br /> Santuit Woods, in Ma hpee, dated April 1970 from provisions <br /> of a Covenant Agreement dated July 13, 1970, record owner <br /> as of February 15, 2006 being Vicki J.
