The Town Planner informed the Board that Applicant has <br /> requested a continuance in order to address Plan and Design <br /> Review Committee issues and comments. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this ratter to March 1 , 2006, at <br /> 7 : 30 p.m. , provided all necessary materials for Planning <br /> Board review are received one creek in advance of said <br /> Heating date; which Motion was duly seconded by John <br /> Halah-i and -so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permits- <br /> Ta lanian Realty Co. , Inc. <br /> Rte 2 , nn ' Lane -and Great Neck Road South <br /> Approval of Minor Special Permit Modification <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Don Megathlin, <br /> representing Applicant, who addressed the matter of making <br /> South street a two-way street . <br /> This matter has been presented -to the Town Manager, <br /> Piro. Chief, and Department of Public Works who have no <br /> objections- to -the proposal . This matter has also been <br /> reviewed by the Transportation Staff of the Cape Cod <br /> Commission, who have given their approval, as well as the <br /> Cape Cod Commission Regulatory Committee. <br /> The reason for the proposal is tenant recruitment, <br /> improved traffic disbursement, and interference with <br /> Donna' s Lane. <br /> References were being made to information dated February 6, <br /> 2006, „Alternate 1, 1-A, 2, and 3, Donna' s Lane at South <br /> Street, Mashpee, Massachusetts, vana-sse Proposal, 02". <br /> The Chairman asked about the road design for <br /> uiaquiet Road. <br /> Mr. Megathlin responded the design has been completed, <br /> but they are not able to begin work at Quinaquisset until, <br /> the intersection at Orchard Road is completed. It is <br /> anticipated that both Quinaquisset and orchard Roads will <br /> be completed by April 0th Marshall' s is scheduled to open <br /> on May 15th. <br />
