l There being no further Board or Public comment, the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion declaring this matter to be a minor modification to the special Permit, which does not require a Public Hearing pursuant to Section I74-2C (9 of the onin-g bylaw; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. MOTION: Lee Gurney rude a Motion determining the minor modification to be as stated in a letter dated February 6, 2006, from Don Megathlin, Vice President, C. Talanian Realty, Co. , Inc. , and attachments; Alternate having been aprored; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. t this- point the Chairman asked -Mr. Megathlin to report on the performance of the wastewater treatment plant. The Board has reviewed reports for the entire year and there is concern for some of the numbers . Mr. Megathlin stated that he could not answer the question, but that he would be happy to inquire of Weston and Sampson and respond to the Town Planner/Planning Hoard in writing. It was also decided that the Town Planner would contact the indch'ime Point Condominium Association regarding concerns with their wastewater treatment plant reports/numbers . t this point of the Meeting the Chairman. declared a recess (7 : 55 p.. . ) . 'The Meeting was reconvened at p.m. Discussion - DCPC Recommendation' s 3 - The -Chairman provided copies of "Status Blue Ribbon Recommendations to Board ofSelectmen" prepared by Lee Gurney, for their review. The Chairman reminded the Board that the .next meeting date of Wednesday, March 1"t is the date selected by the Board to review the accomplishments of the Blue Ribbon Committee and to mare a decision regarding the ;status of the DPC proposal . 5
