MOTION: Dennis al- arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> Preliminary Subdivision Plan in this matter subject to Mr. <br /> Rowleyls convents/concerns in letter dated February 28, <br /> 2006, and a. redesign of the roadway, and Health Agent <br /> comments; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Curney and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permits <br /> Cape Southport Associates LL <br /> Southport Retirement Community <br /> Discussion of Design of "Claubside Court" Area <br /> (Associate Member, Harvey Cohen, stepped down from <br /> this matter, as he is a resident of Southport,, in order to <br /> avoid any possible conflict of interest . ) <br /> The Chairman recognized Ron Bonie who stated he is <br /> not regues,ting any approval at this point. The Landscape <br /> Committee has not reviewed the Landscape Plans/Final Plans . <br /> Mr. Bonvie did request that the Landscape Plan dated <br /> March 14 , 2006 be submitted to the Consulting Engineer for <br /> his review so that his comments could be addressed prior to <br /> the next meeting, at which point he would seek approval of <br /> the plan. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made reference to the Landscape Plan <br /> indicating those trees that are to be s-aed, and those <br /> natural growth areas are to remain untouched. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated he is in the process of hiring a <br /> certified arborist/landscaper for this project. He expects <br /> to submit a report to the Planning Board and indicated the <br /> plans shown are to be considered a draft, as there will be <br /> changes made. <br /> Discussion <br /> Southport Landscape Committee/Ron Bonvie-General Tree Issue <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked that this matter be placed on hold <br /> for the rent in order to afford the Landscape Committee <br /> to opportunity for review. <br /> Correspondence <br /> The Chairman- reported she has registered for theone- <br /> day conference on storm water design, April 11th. <br /> 2 <br />
