There <br /> will be a total of thirty-ore ( l) affordable houses . <br /> There was some discussion regarding the issue of <br /> traffic mitigation, a light. <br /> It was determined that enforcement of the wastewater <br /> treatment conditions would be required through the Town of <br /> Barnstable Zoning Board of Appeals Comprehensive Permit . <br /> The reports would more than likely be submitted to the Town <br /> of Barnstable Board of Health Department . <br /> The Planning Board requested that the monthly <br /> wastewater treatment plant reports and quarterly monitoring <br /> well reports be submitted to the Town of Mashpee Board of <br /> Health as well . <br /> The Chairman expressed concern regarding Town of <br /> Barnstable monitoring/enforcement. <br /> Mr. Traczyk suggested this permit be flagged-, that <br /> quarterly reviews be made by the Barnstable ward of Health <br /> in order to assure the 5ppm is being maintained. And, if <br /> not perhaps a fine could be imposed by the Town of <br /> Barnstable. <br /> Lee Gurney suggested the natter of enforcement be <br /> further investigated, as well as cooperation between the <br /> Towns of Barnstable and Mashpee be established. <br /> The Chairman expressed her concern for the protection <br /> of Mashpee natural resources, and the long-term maintenance <br /> and performance of the proposed wastewater treatment plant. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to the Mashpee Town <br /> lime, and Noisy Hole Road having been used by the public, <br /> but 'never having been laid out as a Town road. with regard <br /> to the regulatory process, this is a private subdivision <br /> street to be accessed by this project. The road is in <br /> terrible condition, and this issue that has been brought to <br /> the forefront is consideration of reconstruction of the <br /> 6 <br />
