Harvey Cohen, Associate Member.- Lee Gurney, <br /> Clerk; John alachis; Beverly Kane, Chairman; and Myrna. <br /> gluey. <br /> Also present : F. Thomas Fudal a, Town Planner and <br /> Charles Roney, Cons-ulting Engineer (8 : 45 p.m. ) . <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION : Lee Gurney made a Motion to accept the <br /> Minutes of sep.te.mber 7, 2005 as submitted; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Dennis Bala-rini and so gated unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Leo Gurney made a Motion to accept the <br /> Minutes of September 21, 200.5 as submitted; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Dennis Balarini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Performance Guarantee <br /> Request for Covenant Release for Lettie Lane <br /> The Town Planner explained that Attorney Kevin Kirrane <br /> is rating the request for covenant release in this matter. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion for release of <br /> covenant . <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> request for release of covenant for Lettie Lane; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 1 <br />
