Soutbside <br /> Realty Trust as of 11 2 " .. <br /> At this point the Chairman asked the Town Planner for <br /> brief overview of the most recent Meeting of the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> The Town Planner reported there was much comment <br /> regarding the ring road plan by each of the Selectmen. The <br /> Fire Chief commented upon public safety issues, indicating <br /> his overall support of the plan. Representatives from the <br /> School Committee indicated they remain unanimously opposed <br /> to any connection between the Quashnet Coombs School. <br /> When asked,ed, the Torn Planner .stated he strongly <br /> supports some type of connection to the north. <br /> It was agreed that the Board of Selectmen would <br /> continue to work on this project. <br /> There was discussion regarding the Commonwealth <br /> aptital Application, updating the open Space Plan and <br /> amending the Cluster Subdivision Regulations . <br /> Public Hearing <br /> i l lowled Country -Club, Inc. <br /> 130 Willowbend Drive - Map 69, Bloch 183 <br /> Request fr Approval of Modification to the Special Permit <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Hearing Notice into the record and called the Public <br /> Hearing to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized Matthew Eddy, Baxter & Nye <br /> Engineering and Surveying, representing the Appli ant. He <br /> informed the Board that the Consulting Engineer has made an <br /> inspection, and ha-s provided a letter to the Board. <br /> Mr. Eddy addressed the issues of concern raised by Mr. <br /> Rowley. <br /> References were being made t.o a plan of Iand entitled, <br /> .
