He noted the vegetation is currently very mature . With regard to the catch basin d.rainag , Mr. Rowley has noted there is anexist-ing leach catch basin that should be shown on the plan. fir. Eddy provided a picture for Board review. Mr. Rowley. is questioning whether or not it will be sufficient for vehicle loading. to which Mr. Eddy stated it ha-s been located within an existing p.ar_] ing space for period of fifteen fteen (1 ) gears and should be safe* The Planning Board/staff requested r. -Eddy to revise said plan showing the above mentioned changes. The Town Planner suggested the plan be revised as of this date for reference purposes, replacing the plan dated anurary 2 , 2006. The Town Planner made reference to the draft Decision and two outstanding conditions, one being the condition o-f the paved portion of Simons Road, and the. removal of mounds that are blocking the road. The Chairman -recognized Donna Bergamo, represent.ing Wil:lowbend. she explained the intent was to remove the rounds when Simons Road- was relocated, however when the Firs e Oot project was put on hold, the Simons Road project was delayed as well. Ms. Bergamo explained the purpose of the mounds was to act as a buffer from the golfers. she requested approval to remove said rounds during the twenty ( o) day appeal period.. should Applicant fail to do so, the Planning Board would not sign the Decision. However, Applicant is requesting an opportunity to appropriately screen the area for safety purposes.
