Taylor - 213 Great Neck Road North <br /> Approval of Two-tot Preliminary Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Chris Costa, who stated his firm- had prepared <br /> the Definitive Plan. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Preliminary Subdivision of Land in Mashpee, MA, by Chris- <br /> Costa & Associates, Inc. , dated December 2 , 2005, for <br /> Robert J. Taylor, P.O. Box 1335, M shpee, MA 02 4 .' <br /> Mr. Costa explained his client owns approximately six <br /> acres of land and would like to divide his .property into <br /> two pieces . One lot is legal size, the remainder of land <br /> to be one large lot eonsisti.ng of approximately four 4 ) <br /> acres . <br /> He -stated he would need to discus-s the drainage design <br /> with the Consulting- Engineer . The road is approximately <br /> five hundred and twenty-seven ( 27) feet, with twenty 2 <br /> foot wide pavement with berms on either side, with <br /> considerations made to abutter's' driveways . There is an <br /> existing lot that may require waiver for off center. <br /> The Board made reference to letter dated March 1, 100 <br /> from the Consulting Engineer listing his comments/concerns . <br /> 5 <br />
