• <br /> The Town Planner noted the Board of Health has- filed <br /> their comments in this matter regarding the public water <br /> supply. <br /> Mr. Costa reported the Board of Health suggested a <br /> connection to Town water, the location of existing septic <br /> systems need to be shown on the plan, any proposed <br /> irrigation wells need to be shown and need to undergo <br /> testing, and drainage structures are to be designed <br /> according to Town specifications . <br /> There being no further Boa-rd comment the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION : Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> Two-Lot Preliminary Plan in this matter, subject to Mr. <br /> Rowley' s Letter dated Mare 1, 2.006 and Board of Health. <br /> comments dated February 22, 20 # which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by John Halachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> Preliminary Plan <br /> Charles lodgers - Romar Drive off Commercial Street <br /> Name t-o be changed to Mercantile Way <br /> Submission of Preliminary Subdivision Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Matthew Eddy, Bater & Nye Engineering and <br /> Surveying, representing Applicant . <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Preliminary Subdivision Plan, Mercantile Subdivision in <br /> Mashpee, MA prepared for Charles Rodgers, Mercantile Way <br /> Lots 20, 21, 22 and 23 by Baxter & Nye Engineering and <br /> Surveying". "Site Plan for Mercantile Subdivision, <br /> Mashpee, MA prepared for Charles Rodgers, Existing <br /> Conditions, dated February 1 , 00 ". <br /> Mr. Eddy explained the existing Roar Subdivision is a <br /> cul-de-sac. Reference was made to an approved lot in <br /> configuration which wa-s previously a residential lot. The <br /> area has since been rezoned to Industrial and in accordance <br /> with the Town Faster Plan the intent and desire was for <br /> Romar Drive/Mercantile Way to be extended through to Great <br /> Neck load South. <br /> Mr. Eddy made reference to item #5 of Mr. Rowley' s <br /> letter dated February 28, 2006, approach to Great Hay Road <br /> 6 <br />
