M . <br /> Eddy respectfully requested the use of 24 ft . , per <br /> Subdivision Regulations . <br /> The Town Planner stated this area is zoned for <br /> Industrial and Office use . <br /> Mr. -Eddy commented this natter will appear before the <br /> Board of Health on Thursday, March 2, 20,06. <br /> The Town Planner explained the Planning Board cannot <br /> act on this matter wi-trout Board of Health comments and <br /> suggested thi-s matter be continu d to the next meeting. <br /> The Town Planner voiced h-is concerns regarding the <br /> connection to Great Neck Road having a number of sharp <br /> curves -and suggested an attempt be made to flatten the <br /> road. <br /> It was the general consensus of the Board to approve. <br /> the name change to Mercantile Way.
