The Board suggested the language in paragraph - - b <br /> amended, "Trees between buildings are to be sacred only <br /> after careful consideration. " <br /> Mr. Bonvie requested flexibility be granted to move <br /> planting beds or plants within a bed when necessary. <br /> Lee Gurney suggested language be included stating <br /> there would be no reduction in the size of the plan tin.g <br /> beds i this regard. <br /> The Town Planner suggested a definition be made <br /> regarding the overall amount of landscaping and area. <br /> Mr. Bonne suggested the Planning, Board/Staff forward <br /> all suggested language changes, for review by the Landscape <br /> Committee. <br /> (This matter was concluded at : 20 p.m. <br /> At this point the Chairman declared a recess . The <br /> April 5, 2006 Planning Board Meeting was reconvened at <br /> p.m. <br /> Approval Not required <br /> New Seabury Properties, LLC - 84 Fairway Lane <br /> Submission - Signature of Lo't Division Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> reoogni ed Tory Bunker, Bss Design, representing the <br /> Applicant. <br /> Mr. Bunker made a submis-sion Including application, <br /> fee, plans, and deed (no tax information was included) . <br /> The Chairman signed and dated Planning Board Form N . <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Subdivision Plan of Land in Sea Oaks, New Seabury,, <br /> Mashpee., MA, prepared for New seabury Properties, LLC, <br /> dated April 4, o " . <br /> Mr. Bunker provided a. plan with reference to Sea <br /> Quarters Condominiums Properties. The proposal is to <br /> divide the property in half and to change the phase line <br /> into a property line. <br /> 12 <br />
