The document states, <br /> "'...That any , roJect proposed within the Town of Franklin <br /> that requires Planning Board or Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> approval shall comply with the requirements of this <br /> gu i boo- " . <br /> The Town Planner suggested that perhaps this could be <br /> accomplished through Pla.nnin,g Board and Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals regulations, which provides the option to waiver if <br /> deemed appropriate. <br /> 7 <br />
