r <br /> Attorney Iirrane has provided the Planning Board with <br /> the following: Outline, Mashpee Assessors' flap indicating <br /> the location of the lots under discussion, a copy of the <br /> deed as well as a letter of authorization from the owner <br /> which allows Mashpee Industrial Realty LLC to apply for the <br /> permit. <br /> Attorney Iirrane has also provided the Board with a <br /> copy of the Development Agreement with the Cape Cod <br /> Commission, and a copy of an initial communication with the <br /> Cape Cod Commission from the Engineering Consultants. <br /> Attorney ir-rane made reference to the Minutes of the <br /> February 24 , 20,06 Plan Review Committee Meeting, at which <br /> time the proposed project was approved. He also had a copy <br /> of the pertinent section of the Site Development Plan <br /> approved and stamped by the a - ee Design Review <br /> Committee, "Site Layout Plan for Lots 35 & 3,6Industrial <br /> Drive, Mashpee, MA, dated October 26, o " . <br /> Attorney Kirrane provided some background information, <br /> stating the Cape Cod Commission Act allows an Industrial <br /> Parr complex to appear before the Commission in order to <br /> ease the filing requirements and expenses of the individual <br /> lot owners/developers that Mould ordinarily he required for <br /> DI . <br /> The orig-i-real developers of the Industrial Park have <br /> completed the D1I process., provided the Commission with the <br /> required information, and made an agreement with the Cape <br /> Cod Commission whereby the Mashpee Industrial Park will be <br /> developed in a certain fashion, with certain uses being <br /> allowed, and a. certain amount/type of traffic generation <br /> would be allowed. There is a restriction regarding the <br /> materials that can be used, wastewater and stormater <br /> issues have all been addressed previously. <br /> Information must be supplied to the Cape Cod <br /> Commission when an individual developer is ready to begin <br /> construction of a building for their review. The <br /> Commission will then determine whether or not the proposal <br /> is consistent and conforms to the requirements of said <br /> Development Agreement (and to the Regional Policy <br /> requirements as well) . <br /> This phase of the process is still pending.
