Mr. Fudala suggested Applicant to show potential <br /> locations on the architectural plans. The Fire Department <br /> has indicated some concerns regarding appropriate space for <br /> the passage of emergency vehicles . <br /> The Town Plann -r addressed the matter of site lighting <br /> requesting Applicant to provided more descriptive <br /> information regarding the intended materials/designs. <br /> There is a Town of Mahee bylaw (' h . 100) that specifies <br /> language to be used on handicap parking signs . He noted <br /> that corridors and restroom space- had been excluded from <br /> the parking calculations; and has- to be accounted. There <br /> is an incorrect statement within the Water Quality Report <br /> and should be corrected, `'...most of the nitrogen is expected <br /> to be bound by soils prior -to entering receiving water <br /> bodies .
