Correspondence <br /> The Town Planner reported that New Seabury is required <br /> to undergo MEPA, Ch. 91, Waterways Regulations for proposed <br /> development at the New Sea-bury Marina . <br /> Faxes received -from the Consulting Engineer regarding <br /> the Kenmark and Industrial Park projects . <br /> Public Tearing <br /> McShane Construction-Approval of special Permit <br /> Retail/storage Building <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> She recognized Attorney Kevin Kirrane, representing <br /> the Applicant, who informed the Board that a request for <br /> Special Prmit to construct the proposed project is being <br /> made. <br /> Attorney Kirrane provided copies of an outline of the <br /> proposal, as well as a copy of the Assessors' Map <br /> indicating the configuration off lots . He also provided <br /> copies of the Deed to the property. <br /> Attorney Kirrane also provided copies of the Plan <br /> Review Committee Minutes of the March. 17, 2006 meeting at <br /> which time Applicant re,ceived authorization to move forward <br /> with the project . However, final approval has not yet been <br /> received from the Design Review Committee a-s they are <br /> seeking additional landscaping and prospective on-site <br /> development information . <br /> Due to the absence of Planning Board Member Lee <br /> Gurney, the Chairman designated the Associate Member, <br /> Harvey Cohen, to sit in as a voting- member on this project . <br /> Attorney Kirrane continued, indicating the site is <br /> comprised of two particular parcels of land, consisting of <br /> approximately 4-acres . There is an excess of Soo-feet of <br /> frontage on Main street . The site is located in several <br /> different zoning districts. The front is located "in the <br /> -2 Zoning District, the rear of the site is located within <br /> an R-5 Zoning Dist'r .ct, and the entire site. is Located <br /> within the Mashpee Center Overlay District . <br /> 2 <br />
