He did agree however, to <br /> contact the Town Administrator. <br /> There being no further Board discussion the chairman <br /> asked for public comment . <br /> Demos Young, cape cod coffee - Asked who the owner o <br /> the property will be. <br /> Mr. Pedicini stated FeMr would- be the owner . <br /> Mr. Young -sled if a detailed landscape plan would be <br /> required. The Board informed hi "yes". <br /> Mr. Young then inquired as to the proposed <br /> construction materials . <br /> Attorney Kirrane responded the building would have a <br /> wood frame construction with a concrete foundation.. The <br /> height of the building will be 2 . 8 feet . <br /> r. Young stated he has no objections to the proposed <br /> project, that he simply wanted some 'basic information. <br /> There being no further public comment the chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to May 17, 2006 at 7 :.10 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by John Haiachis and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> After said Motion was voted the Board realized that <br /> two of the Members, Myrna Nuey and Harvey Cohen would not <br /> be present at the May 13th Meeting and so informed the <br /> Applicant . <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a motion to rescind his <br /> previous Motion; which Motion was duly seconded by John <br /> a-lachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> 5 <br />
