� L <br /> The Chairman then recognized Ken Pedicini who <br /> explained the KenMark Office system business operates from <br /> 7 : 30 a.m. to : 0 p..m. , Monday through Friday. office <br /> supplies are delivered at -: 0 a.m. -by tractor-trailer <br /> (need for the loading dock) , and several UPS deliveries <br /> during the day, with a final delivery around 4 : 00 p.m. <br /> Two -miniva-ns will be kept on site for delivery <br /> purposes, as well as at small 12-ft . box truck. <br /> Attorney Iirra-ne explained the .proposed building will <br /> be serviced by its own nitrogen removal subsurface sewage <br /> disposal system and will be s. rviced by a municipal water <br /> supply. Twenty-six parting spaces have been provided <br /> according to the bylaw regulations. Both the current lot <br /> in its current eonfigur'ation and the lot being contemplated <br /> will conform to the required 0, oo-sq. ft . minimum. The <br /> frontage and lot coverage requirements have also; been met . <br /> The proposed building will be constructed 39. 5 feet from <br /> the lot line. The appropriate side and rear yard set-backs <br /> have been met, and the height requirements conform to the <br /> bylaw. <br /> Attorney Kirrane made reference to section 17 4- D(2) <br /> stating there will be no adverse impacts on a:ny of the <br /> interests protected under this section. <br /> The Chairman stated her concerns involve stormwater <br /> management,, but that she will wait until Mr .. Rowley' s <br /> concerns have been addressed. <br /> Attorney irran e .stated the system has been designed <br /> according to the bylaw requirements and that Mr. Rowley. s <br /> concerns will be addressed. <br /> The Town Planner reminded Applican-t that the height <br /> ha-s to be measured from the current average grade. <br /> Attorney Kirrane asked if the Board requires a <br /> detailed traffic study. <br /> The Town Planner responded the bylaw requires <br /> statistical information regarding trip generations . He <br /> suggested the information could be obtained from the Cape <br /> Cod Commis-sion/previous studies . <br /> 4 <br />
