There was brief discussion regarding t-he removal of <br /> trees and revegetation of the proposed open space site. <br /> The Chairman mentioned concerns regarding the <br /> wastewater treatment reports, noting that Stratford Ponds <br /> Condominiums has on occasion registered above the state <br /> required to ppm, as well as exceeding the Mashpee Special <br /> Permit 5 ppm. <br /> . Donahoe stated he could not speak to the <br /> operations of the plant, that the Board would have t.0 speak <br /> to the- existing operator. <br /> The Chairman suggested that the request being made to <br /> relocate the leaching fields is a major modification to the <br /> Special Permit, and would require a Public Hearing.
