Rowley wh.en the wort <br /> is completed so that he care conduct his final inspection. <br /> Discussion- <br /> Zoning Articles for October Town Meeting <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal a-rini made a Motion to submit Item <br /> #14. I-C Overlay District Expansion,, to the Board of <br /> Selectmen which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and <br /> so voted unanimously, <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Lotion to submit Item <br /> 13 Kennels, to the Board of S'e-lectmen; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bai arini made a Motion to submit Item <br /> #12 Research Facility, to the Board of Selectmen; which <br /> Notion was duly seconded by John Halachis and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Duck Bond Limited Partnership - Stuart Bornstein <br /> Approval of Spec i l Permit for Self Storage, <br /> Contractor Storage and Non-manufacturing Business <br /> Incubator/Light 1ndustrial <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Chair' man recognized Attorney Ed Taipale, <br /> representing the Applicant. He explained -the proposal is <br /> for construction of two buildings on the site in addition <br /> to the existing former Augat building. Each of the <br /> buildings will have a footprint of 27, 000 square feet, two- <br /> stories, with a total of 108, 000 square footage for both <br /> buildings . 55, 000 square feet of flex storage, commercial <br /> warehouses and 38, 000 square feet of self-storage. The <br /> incubat r space is intended to be low cost commercial space <br /> for start--up businesses . <br />
