} S T-he Board determined that a final inspection by the Consulting Engineer is in order. It was the consensus of the Board that Applicant should finalize the work and appear before the Board at the August 2, 20-06 meeting. Mr. Dedeq o agreed to contact Mt. Rowley wh.en the wort is completed so that he care conduct his final inspection. Discussion- Zoning Articles for October Town Meeting MOTION: Dennis Bal a-rini made a Motion to submit Item #14. I-C Overlay District Expansion,, to the Board of Selectmen which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously, MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Lotion to submit Item 13 Kennels, to the Board of S'e-lectmen; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. MOTION: Dennis Bai arini made a Motion to submit Item #12 Research Facility, to the Board of Selectmen; which Notion was duly seconded by John Halachis and so voted unanimously. Public Hearing Duck Bond Limited Partnership - Stuart Bornstein Approval of Spec i l Permit for Self Storage, Contractor Storage and Non-manufacturing Business Incubator/Light 1ndustrial The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the Public Hearing to order. The Chair' man recognized Attorney Ed Taipale, representing the Applicant. He explained -the proposal is for construction of two buildings on the site in addition to the existing former Augat building. Each of the buildings will have a footprint of 27, 000 square feet, two- stories, with a total of 108, 000 square footage for both buildings . 55, 000 square feet of flex storage, commercial warehouses and 38, 000 square feet of self-storage. The incubat r space is intended to be low cost commercial space for start--up businesses .
