" <br /> At this point the Chairman inquired as to the status <br /> f meetings with the Design Review Committee. <br /> Attorney ,Taipale xplained they are ongoin . The plan <br /> teview process has been completed, and final comments have <br /> been received from Design Review and are reflected in the <br /> plans. <br /> The chairman noted that Applicant has provided no <br /> information -for Planning Board review prior to the meeting. <br /> The chairman reminded the Applicant of the Planning <br /> Board policy to provide in-formation one week prior to the <br /> scheduled meeting in order to afford the Members <br /> appropriate time to review materials in preparation for <br /> discussion at the meeting. <br /> The chairman stated her position to allow no further <br /> testimony in this natter, and to reschedule to such time a- <br /> theBoard has been provided materials for proper review in <br /> preparation for an informed discussion of this matter. <br /> Mr. Bornstein advised the Board that the revised plan <br /> re=f.lects issues of concern raised by the Design Review <br /> Committee, being shrubs and parking. <br /> It was the general consensus of the Board to continue <br /> this matter based upon the concern that they have not had <br /> the opportuniy to properly review the plans in advance of <br /> discussion. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated that he has not had the opportunity <br /> to review said plans. <br /> Speaking in favor of a continuance: Myrna Nuey, Lee <br /> Gurney, and B verly Kane. <br /> In favor of proceeding with the discussion: John <br /> Halachis and Dennis Bal arini . <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> 5 <br />
