MOTION: Dennis Balzarinl made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to August 2, 2006 at : o <br /> p. . ; which Motion was duly seconded and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mashpee Industrial Realty LLC-168 and 184 Industrial. Drive <br /> Approval of special Permit for Industrial, office and <br /> Warehouse <br /> The appointed dour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the- <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Kevin Kirra.ne, <br /> representing Applicant, who provided a brief history of the <br /> proposed project being construction of an .industrial <br /> building on two lots in the lashpee Industrial Part . <br /> The entire Park and the proposed con-struction of said: <br /> building have been addressed within a Development Agreement <br /> between the Cape -Cod Commission and Mashpee Industrial <br /> Park. <br /> The zoning bylaw requires approval under a Special <br /> Permit to construct and use the building within the Par} . <br /> Said building is an attractive structure, sure to be an <br /> asset to the Mashpee business community and to the Town of <br /> ashpee. <br /> All of the coincerns and issues- raised by the <br /> .Consulting Engineer have been satis-factorily addressed. <br /> The proposed development con-forms to the requirements of <br /> the bylaw and is consistent with the Development Agreement . <br /> No adverse impacts will be created by the development/use <br /> f this project on -those interests sought to be protected <br /> under the byl-atw.. <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested the Planning Board act <br /> favorably upon the request for a Special Permit . <br /> Board review of Proposed Special Permit Decision : <br /> Conditions : <br /> 1 - Bite and Architectural.
