Said letter' dated October 12, 2004 states the <br /> landscaping will „disguise" the wastewater treatment plant . <br /> The developer preserved as many of the existing trees as <br /> possible on this property, constructed retaining walls and <br /> planting mounds . <br /> Mr. Quinn feels this property owner would like to have <br /> a wall of trees, which is not possible, 0- 0 40 ft . <br /> plantings would have to be planted within the leaching <br /> field. The first attempt to plant brines along the fence <br /> fad led. <br /> Mr. Quinn agreed that the dumpsters do need additional <br /> screening. He also agreed to correct some of the small <br /> concerns inch as removing the. wood chips, etc. He stated <br /> he feels the dollar amount quoted earlier of 7, 8 . o is <br /> "beyond belief" . <br /> Mr. Quinn reiterated the developer never agreed to <br /> negate the first landscape plan and provide an entirely new <br /> plan. The approved plan is the "as built" plan as modified <br /> by Don Curran. Theme is no replacement landscape plan. <br /> The Nice-chairman recognized Mr. Curran who stated the <br /> approved plan had not been followed to specification. He <br /> questioned why the plan that everyone had agreed to and <br /> that had been approved was not followed. <br /> Mr. Curran. stated, „The original plan was not <br /> followed, the planting list had been confirmed, yet not <br /> followed". <br /> The Vice Chairman recognized Mr. Quinn who suggested <br /> that if the Board found anything objectionable during the <br /> site walk, that it would be rectified. <br /> The Town Planner stated the Planning Board are not <br /> landscape experts, that they were depending on Mr. Curran <br /> to male sure things were done correctly. Mr. Curran wa's to <br /> have been a representative of both the Planning Board and <br /> the Association. <br /> Mr. Quinn responded that Mr. Bornstein was unaware <br /> that he was expected to pay Mr. Curran for his services. <br /> The T win Planner stated the Planning Board had been <br /> comfortable knowing that Mr. Curran would be <br /> 6 <br />
