Curran volunteered to act as Planning Board representative, as a horticulturist, to rake certain that the work is done correctly. He would put the job out to bid and would consider the top three from qualified landscapers/contractors. Again, he volunteered to supervise the landscaping. When questioned, -Mr. Rowley stated that this ratter would have been addressed so long ago that he would have to check his records and report back to the Planning Board. The Vice Chairman recognized Lary Scanlon who stated it is her understanding that Bob G hit,e Crescent and the entrance way have never had a finished coat . When this matter wa-s brought to Mr. Bornstein' s attention, he had agreed to finish Bob White Crescent. . The only work that has been done is a. patch in front of Unit 10 . The Town Planner noted that this night have been a private agreement between the developer and the residents . e stated that he was not prepared to address this issue at this time and that he did not have any .paving information or the file with him. He did agree to loop into the re- surfacing issues. 4
