When this <br /> matter wa-s brought to Mr. Bornstein' s attention, he had <br /> agreed to finish Bob White Crescent. . The only work that <br /> has been done is a. patch in front of Unit 10 . <br /> The Town Planner noted that this night have been a <br /> private agreement between the developer and the residents . <br /> e stated that he was not prepared to address this issue at <br /> this time and that he did not have any .paving information <br /> or the file with him. He did agree to loop into the re- <br /> surfacing issues. <br /> 4 <br />
