He is in receipt of Mr. F owley' s comments <br /> and is seeking any further concerns/issues from the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Dennis Balzarini asked about the entrance location. <br /> Mr. ofala responded the principal entrance is located <br /> to the left as you enter, there is an area designated as <br /> Fire Lame - No Parking, with a sliding gate t h-at is <br /> intended to be closed most of the time. The Fire Chief <br /> specifically requested a second means of egress. There <br /> will be sinage at the Daddario entrance. <br /> Review of Mr. Rowleyfs Comment Letter <br /> And Draft special Permit Decision <br /> The Torn Planner made reference to a letter from the <br /> Design Review Committee, dated August 1 ., 200.6, listing a <br /> number of comments and suggestions for conditions regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> There was some discussion regarding signage. The Town <br /> Planner clarified zoning allows only one freestanding sign <br /> per property. He suggested Applicant combine his 'Sign for <br /> the self-storage located at the entrance. <br /> Mr. Borns-tein expressed his intent to appear before <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals for a waiver. <br /> Dennis, Balzarini asked about the condition of the back <br /> parking area . <br /> Mr. Ojala stated 2 -feet of pavement will be removed <br /> and the area will be revegetated, and the remaining <br /> pavement will be re-sealed. <br /> Mr. ojala also stated that three new drainage pits <br /> would be added to the parking rea. <br /> 5 <br />
