He suggested Applicant combine his 'Sign for <br /> the self-storage located at the entrance. <br /> Mr. Borns-tein expressed his intent to appear before <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals for a waiver. <br /> Dennis, Balzarini asked about the condition of the back <br /> parking area . <br /> Mr. Ojala stated 2 -feet of pavement will be removed <br /> and the area will be revegetated, and the remaining <br /> pavement will be re-sealed. <br /> Mr. ojala also stated that three new drainage pits <br /> would be added to the parking rea. <br /> 5 <br />
