A major concern is with the overall size <br /> f the project, as well as grade levels and impacts to the <br /> knack of th-e property. <br /> John Hal.achis asked about the major changes to the <br /> project. <br /> The Town Planner responded they were related to the <br /> height of the building, and driveway location and (-fire <br /> access. <br /> Mr . Bornstein spoke to the issue of container trucks . <br /> He explained this is the current method used for shipping <br /> materials . The ent'ainer is deposited inside of the <br /> building where they can be unpacked and picked up at a <br /> later date. <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Applicannt that outdoor <br /> storage of any kind is not allowed. <br /> Mr. orns.tein stated he has the ri ht -to make an <br /> inspection of anythir-g that is delivered to the property in <br /> order to insure there are no hazardous materials on site; <br /> and that prospective tenants will be well informed of what <br /> type of materials are allowed to be stored. <br /> 6 <br />
