1 r <br /> The Town Planner requested Applicant to provide a copy <br /> of the allowed storage uses to be provided to prospective <br /> tenants for inclusion into the Special Permit Decision; to- <br /> which fir. Bornstein agreed. <br /> The Chairman requested a copy of the Stormwater <br /> Operations and Maintenance Plan (shown as attarchment A) for <br /> review; to which the Town Planner agreed to provide when it <br /> has been completed. <br /> The Town Planner suggested a Landscape Maintenance <br /> Agreement be required in order to track the progress of the <br /> landscaping for a period of three ( ) years. <br /> The Town Planner then made reference to the comment <br /> letter received from Mr. Rowley dated July 10, 2006 i <br /> regard to this -project. <br /> r. Ojala responded by agreeing to address all of Nor. <br /> owley' s concerns, some of which have already been taken. <br /> care of and show on the reprised plans . <br /> There was some discussion regarding the proposed <br /> lighting and security measures to be used. Them are to b <br /> cameras in-stalled that will be activated by movement in a <br /> specific area. The lighting will be confined to the site <br /> and will not disturb the abutting properties . <br /> Ir. Bornstein has agreed to discuss this matter with the <br /> Police chief and to provide a monitor for use at the Police <br /> Department, if -requested to do so. <br /> r. j'al-a agreed to review the proposed drainag.e <br /> system/capacity with the Mashpee Board of Health; and to <br /> return to the Cape cod Commission in order to address the <br /> matter of zero net nitrogen. <br /> Them was discussion regarding parking spaces . The <br /> Town Planner. reminded Applicant of the basic parking <br /> requirement for -foot wide spaces, with 2 -feet for the <br /> parallel parking length. <br /> Ir. Ojala agreed to adjust the parking spaces in order <br /> to meet the requirements. <br />
