f i <br /> The Town Planner asked about the phased construction- <br /> and paving issues. <br /> Mr. Bornstein stated that everything would be paved <br /> just as if there are two buildings with the exception of <br /> the left side of one of the buildings which will remain <br /> open in order to dig out the footings . All of the <br /> landscaping and fencing will be completed. The building <br /> with the office space will be contstructed first. <br /> The Town. Planner suggested Applicant provide a phasing <br /> plan indicating what is to be completed in Phase I and <br /> Phase II . He also -reminded the Applicant of an inspection <br /> fee that is to be paid. based upon square footage of <br /> impervious surface coverage . He requested Applicant <br /> provide a propos-al to aid in the calculation for Mr. <br /> Rowley' fee. <br /> The Board suggested Applica t provide them with <br /> suggestion for a reasonable number of vehicles to be <br /> allowed to parr overnight for their consideration and <br /> review. <br /> r. ojala stated there are to be two additional fire <br /> hydrants installed on site, that locations have been <br /> approved by the Fire Department, and are shown on the plan. <br /> The Town Planner asked the Board if they would like t <br /> include a Condition regarding signage. He suggested the <br /> signage be indicated on the plan drawing, with a narrative <br /> and typical for the smaller signs intended to be used for <br /> tenants. Mr. Bornstein was in agreement. <br /> Lee Gurney suggested Applicant review the established <br /> sign regulations with regard to what is being proposed. <br /> The chairman reminded Applicant that neon signs are <br /> not allowed. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to September 6, 2006 at <br /> : o p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by John Halachis <br /> a-nd so voted unanixou-sly. <br />
