Talanian Realty Co. - south cape Village shopping center <br /> Site Plan and Architectural Review of Building F2 <br /> The Chairman. called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Steve Allen, representing Applicant and Matthew <br /> Eddy, Site Engineer for Baxter & Nye. <br /> Nor. Allen reported that the proposed changes have been <br /> submitted to the Design Review Committee, to which they <br /> have made comments. Mr. Rowley has also had the <br /> opportunity to review said proposed changes. <br /> Mr. Eddy reported that he had a conversation with Mr. <br /> Rwler today to discuss the site plan information. submitted <br /> to hire for review. <br /> Mr. Eddy them submitted four copies of an Existing <br /> Conditions Plan, as well as a Grading and Drainage Plan at <br /> a 2 -scale that provides the level of detail requested by <br /> Mr-. Rowley. <br /> Mr.. Eddy stated that he is in receipt of Mr.. Rowle'Y' s <br /> comment letter. <br /> The. Town Planner -stated there are architectural plans <br /> for the building stamped by the Design Review Committee as <br /> approved, the site plans however are a little more <br /> confusing. <br /> The site Plan and Landscape Plan are in conflict with <br /> regard to different layouts for sidewalks at the rear of <br /> the building and the access to Route 2 . He suggested <br /> reprised plans be submitted and approved. <br /> Mr. Allen informed the Board that any conflicts within <br /> the base drawing have been. addressed and that construction <br /> drawings are being prepared and will be submitted upon <br /> completion . <br /> The Town Planner made reference to the Site Plan and <br /> asked about the location of handicap parking. <br />
