Planner explained this is a Site Plan issue <br /> that needs to be approved by the Planning Board and needs <br /> to -be resolved.. <br /> Mr. Eddy commented' that the current layout conforms to <br /> the pe ial Permit as originally approved by the Planning <br /> Board in 2003. <br /> The Town Planner agreed to review this ratter further. <br /> Lee Gurney mentioned the. Design Review Committee has <br /> concern regarding the proposed- curb outs (to be located <br /> rear the handicap spaces) . <br /> The Town Planner also asked' about the location of the <br /> sidewalk/handicap ramps . <br /> The Town Planner stated that based upon Design Review <br /> approval and those concerns discussed this evening, that <br /> one handicap parking space is to. be located on either side <br /> f the parking lot and is to be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> The Landscape Plan is to be amended to be consistent with <br /> the Site Plan. Sicnae is to be constructed as proposed on <br /> the Site Plan. <br /> The Town Planner suggested he prepare a written <br /> Decision of the Board, to be, reviewed by a Planning Board <br /> member, and filed with the Town Clerk. He will Include <br /> that these plans be approved. upon receipt of the Landscape <br /> Plans, relocation of the handicap parking spaces and a <br /> requirement that any changes regarding signag.e would <br /> require approval by the Design Review Committee. He also <br /> suggested that the Planning Board be notified of the <br /> progress and/or sign off on the project . <br /> There being no further Board discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the Site <br /> Plan and Architectural Review of South Cape Tillage <br /> Building F --2, subject to those conditions discussed this <br /> evening (receipt of Landscape Plan, relocation of handicap <br /> parking spaces, and Des-ign Review Committee approval of any <br /> 1 <br />
