I r. Allen responded that upon application for a Building Permit, said handicap spaces would be rloated according to Code. The Town. Planner explained this is a Site Plan issue that needs to be approved by the Planning Board and needs to -be resolved.. Mr. Eddy commented' that the current layout conforms to the pe ial Permit as originally approved by the Planning Board in 2003. The Town Planner agreed to review this ratter further. Lee Gurney mentioned the. Design Review Committee has concern regarding the proposed- curb outs (to be located rear the handicap spaces) . The Town Planner also asked' about the location of the sidewalk/handicap ramps . The Town Planner stated that based upon Design Review approval and those concerns discussed this evening, that one handicap parking space is to. be located on either side f the parking lot and is to be shown on the Site Plan. The Landscape Plan is to be amended to be consistent with the Site Plan. Sicnae is to be constructed as proposed on the Site Plan. The Town Planner suggested he prepare a written Decision of the Board, to be, reviewed by a Planning Board member, and filed with the Town Clerk. He will Include that these plans be approved. upon receipt of the Landscape Plans, relocation of the handicap parking spaces and a requirement that any changes regarding signag.e would require approval by the Design Review Committee. He also suggested that the Planning Board be notified of the progress and/or sign off on the project . There being no further Board discussion the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the Site Plan and Architectural Review of South Cape Tillage Building F --2, subject to those conditions discussed this evening (receipt of Landscape Plan, relocation of handicap parking spaces, and Des-ign Review Committee approval of any 1
