She then <br /> stepped down from this ratter and left the meeting room in <br /> order to avoid any possible conflict of interest . she <br /> appointed the vice-Chairman to preside. <br /> The Mice-Chairman recognized Tom Quinn, windchim . <br /> Point and Marion Baker, windehime Condominium Trustee. <br /> Mr. Quinn made reference to "Agreement for Completion <br /> of Work at Windchime Condominiumsâ–ş. dated August 12, 200 . <br /> Mr. Quinn requested a bond reduction to Fifteen- <br /> Thou-sand ( 1 , o . o.) Dollars to be held until such time as <br /> all work has been completed. <br /> Ms . Baker informed the Board that everything is in <br /> order and that the Trustees are satisfied with the <br /> agreement. <br /> The- Vice-Chairman addressed the matter of pavement <br /> Phase I of the development . <br /> r. Quinn stated he has beery unsuccessful in trying to <br /> locate the records in this matter. <br /> The Chairman recognized Ann Bull, 5 Bob White <br /> Crescent, who informed the Board that she and a number of <br /> the neighbors have a concern regarding the -final coat of <br /> pavement. She made reference to an agreement dated <br /> November 30, 1998 between Mr. Bornstein and the fourteen- <br /> 14) homeowners at that time. In part, she read, "...Upon <br /> the completion of construction of 142-condominium units as <br /> shown on the revised site plan place and complete a <br /> finished coat of pavement on all roadways located within <br /> the condominium property.` said agreement was signed by <br /> all fourteen homeowners and Mr. Bornstein. <br /> In response, Mr. Quinn stated he is aware of t-he <br /> agreement document -signed at that time.
