1 <br /> The proposed leaching field system will provide- <br /> nitrogen removal capacities . <br /> Dennis Bal arini then inquired as to the cost issues . <br /> The Chairman then recognized John O' Connor, Chairman, <br /> Stratford Ponds Condominiums who spoke to the cost fact-or <br /> benefit to the proposed relocation. He stated his belief <br /> to be in the order -of 1 to $200 thousand dollars, which <br /> would be a very significant cost swings to Strat-ford Ponds <br /> Condominiums both in the present and long term. <br /> Mr- . O' Connor also spoke to the conditions of the draft <br /> permit from the DE-P. Mr. Donahoe suggested the alternative <br /> plan to DEP, there is an opportunity for the Applicant to <br /> save a substantial amount of money, as well as- the obvious <br /> benefits to the Zone II wells.. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Duch Pond Limited Partnership/Stuart Bornstein <br /> The Chairman enterta-ined' a motion to further continue <br /> the Publi-c Hearing in this matter. <br /> MOTION : Lee Gurney made a Motion to further continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to : o p.m. ; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Balarii and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Stratford Ponds Condominium Association - continued <br /> Applicant' s presentation being concluded, the Chairman <br /> asked that the Consulting Engineer' s questions,/concerns be <br /> addressed. <br /> Mr. Rowley expressed concern regarding the lacy of <br /> certain information regarding topography data. The <br /> topography shown on the plan has been based on original <br /> Stratford Ponds in-formation. He made reference to the <br /> contours around Amos Pond. The plans indicate a contour <br /> lime of elevation o; the detail sheets indicate a. top <br /> elevation of 50 with a bottom elevation of 46 for the <br /> leaching field. That being the case, there would not be a <br /> 5-ft.. separation between groundwater and the bottom of the <br /> system. <br />
