For the past6-months the number has been 3 . 83. <br /> Dennis Balarini stated that he would require <br /> Applicant to meet the special Permit condition of 5ppm for <br /> total nitrogen. He asked Mr. Lewis if he felt those <br /> numbers could be met Bon i-stently. <br /> Mr. Lewis responded that even with consideration to <br /> the upgrades and improve ents, he is uncertain as t <br /> whether or not the plant was designed to meet the Special <br /> Permit standard.
