He asked about a subsurface <br /> hydraulic dividing line 'indicating the groundwater to the <br /> west of the lime roves to the west, and the groundwater to <br /> the right mores to the east . <br /> Mr. Donahoe indicated the dividing lime is extremely <br /> minute., the Zone II model is very con- servative based upon <br /> DEP standards.
