■ <br /> t this point the Chairman recognized Brian Donaho'e,, <br /> Vice-President of Golden Environment Consultants, who <br /> presented the technical details relative to the proposed <br /> relocation of the leaching fields at Stratford Ponds <br /> Condominiums . <br /> r. Donahoe made reference to the plans indicating the <br /> Zone II boundary along Amos Pond, -as well as the location <br /> of the leaching fields. He spoke to the direction of the <br /> groundwater flow, underneath the bog and continuing In <br /> southerly direction. There is no change in the nitrogen <br /> loading. The wastewater treatment levels will remain the <br /> same with the exception of any additional treatment in <br /> order to meet the required 5ppm nitrogen . There are n <br /> anticipated impacts to Coombs Pond. <br /> Two new wells were established in April in order to <br /> complete the testing required by the DEP to establish soil <br /> conditions, <br /> The chairman interrupted at this point in order t <br /> address the matter of the 7 : 30 p.-m. Public Hearing. <br /> Public Heating <br /> Duck Pond Limited Partnership-Stuart Bornstein <br /> Approval of Special Permit - Self Storage Facility <br /> The chairman entertained a motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter. <br /> MOTION : Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing for Duck Pond Limited Partnership to <br /> p.-m. ; which iotioi was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Stratford Ponds Condominium Association - continued <br /> Mr. Donahoe continued his presentation by indicating <br /> groundwater movement on the graphic, north to south. <br /> DEP will require additional monitoring wells with <br /> their analysis for rounding and other circumstances. DEP <br /> has been to the site, observed all of the test pits, <br /> reviewed all of the information, and has expressed support <br /> for relocation outside of the Zone II wells . <br />
