The Town Planner provided a draft decision with <br /> series of conditions. <br /> The Chairman suggested the Board take time to review <br /> said draft decision, and emphasizing the importance of <br /> stormwater management is-sues. <br /> The Chairman then recognized Mr. Ed Baker, who <br /> commented on the lack of natural vegetation on the site.
