The Meeting wa-s reconvened at p.m. ) <br /> Public Hea-ring <br /> Duck Pond Limited Partnership - Stuart Bornstein <br /> Approval -of Special Permit <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the Record and called this <br /> matter to order. She then recognized Da-n of a'la, <br /> representing the Applicant . <br /> Mr. ojala stated Applicant would like to construct <br /> Building #1 and made reference to charges made to drainage, <br /> paving, and landscaping. <br /> The majority of comments-/concerns raised by the <br /> Consulting Engineer have been addressed. <br /> Applicant has rude a. reduction in the number o <br /> parking spaces, there are no spaces located in front of the <br /> overhead doors . There are 2 -spaces for the entire site <br /> is rew fired, 2 -spaces are being provided. There is <br /> additional drainage in the northwest corner of the site, <br /> the shoulders have been widened. Full sized plans of the <br /> proposed project will be provided to the Fire Department . <br /> Signace issues have been reviewed by the Design Review <br /> Committee and Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> References were made to the location of the curb cut, <br /> islands, proposed uses of the back -buildings, and screening <br /> improvements . <br /> The Chairman inquired as to the status of the <br /> tormwatear operations and Maintenance Plan. <br /> The Town Planner responded a draft submission has been <br /> made. <br /> 12 <br />
