This <br /> document addresses primarily sediment removal practices . <br /> Mashpee is concerned with nitrogen, which is a little more <br /> difficult and involved. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated he was impressed by the quality of <br /> the Franklin- document, noting its clarity. He did note <br /> however that it addresses new development, not single- <br /> family house lots .
