The chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Mark Dedecko, Cape Harbor Homes, who requested <br /> security release for the oak Leaf Estate subdivision. <br /> Mr. Dedecl o stated everything has been completed with <br /> the exception of grass seed/planting. He has spoken to [fir. <br /> Rowley and they have agreed upon a figure . <br /> The chairman made reference to a letter dated August <br /> 16, 2006, from Mr. Rowley in which a cost adjustment for <br /> re-seeding in the approximate amount of 2 -0 . o o 1 . <br /> In his letter, Mr. Rowley recommended the remaining <br /> security be returned to Mr. Dedec? o. <br /> There being -no further discussion the chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Ba-l. arini made a Motion to reduce the <br /> amount of the Performance Guarantee to $2800 . 00, for grass <br /> re-seeding; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> (At this point the Chairman declared a five-minute <br /> recess . The Planning Board Meeting was reconvened at 8 : 0 <br /> P.M. ) <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Stratford Pond's Condominium Association <br /> Modification to the special. Permit <br /> The Chairman read the Public Hearing notice into the <br /> record and- called the Public Nearing to order. <br /> The chairman read into the record the recommendation <br /> received from the Conservation Commission, Steven Solbo, <br /> Conservatioh Agent, dated September 20, 2 0 : "After <br /> reviewing the plans for the relocation of the leaching <br /> field at Stratford Ponds, the Conservation Department has <br /> the following concerns . 1 The plans that have been <br /> submitted are insufficient; the plans do NOT clearly show <br /> where the edge of wetland is located clearly. 2 In the <br /> field the wetland, nor the leaching field has been properly <br /> flagged, thus a determination in the field is impossible in <br /> respect to figuring out exactly how far the impact will be <br /> from the wetland edge. The following course of action i <br /> suggested for the Applicant. 1 Request that a site visit <br /> be scheduled with th'e Conservation Agent, and the <br /> 9 <br />
