4 <br /> The Town Planner explained the issue for Approval Not <br /> Required under the subdivision Control Laws is whether or <br /> not the minimum frontage requirement has been met, and <br /> whether or not the roadway is- adequate for access . <br /> He agreed the existing building as shown on the plan <br /> is in non--o of nce with zoning and would have to be <br /> addressed by the Zoning Board of Appeals . <br /> The Chairman expressed her concern that Mr. Cleary had <br /> suggested earlier that there was a possibility that the <br /> existing dwelling would be relocated rather than <br /> demolished. <br /> The. Town Planner commented that there axe many <br /> situations within the Town where dwellings are located on <br /> or over lot lines as shown on the recorded plans .
